Initial Home Group: Completed!

God Rocks!!! The first official Hoffman home meeting was AWESOME!! We had 13 people join us (so 15 total), and because they were from different spiritual backgrounds and social circles, it was super cool to watch strangers pull on the most important common denominator- Jesus! We set the tone for freedom and fellowship, then let Holy Spirit take over as we entered a time of corporate worship and prayer. It was beautiful to watch the various expressions of worship as some danced, some jumped, some stood silent with hands raised, some read their Bibles, and some just sat singing or drinking in the atmosphere. Unity was the result as each member of the Body exalted Jesus, the Head, and honored the other parts- it was a wonder to behold and a privilege to be a part of!!

We prayed for and encouraged one another, as Holy Spirit led, and watched Hope Arise!! God has been speaking to us about Spring... possibly because we've never really seen it before :), and the significance of the dead coming back to life! A few weeks ago, the Lord impressed upon my (Cass') heart that Spring was coming early, and He was breaking the despair that had descended on His people, releasing new hope and fresh vision. We've enjoyed watching this come to pass in the natural, as Spring broke forth early in this area with unseasonably warm temperatures and fresh rain in the last 2 weeks, and last night we watched it in the Spirit!! In fact, God gave Shane almost the exact same word to release over the group... then, to top it off, we went online at 2 am, to see that Google had posted the first official day of Spring!!!!!!!!! So amazing and humbling that an infinite, eternal, all-powerful God wants a personal relationship with each of us, and is pleased to tell us His secrets and plans!! His love is THE BEST!!
Two people released visions over us last night as well: the first was that God showed someone that Heaven had been rent open over our house, that our expectation had torn a hole through the atmosphere for God to receive our praise and in turn, to let His blessings come down unhindered! The second was that the Torch, like the Olympic torch, had been lit and the Fire of God's Presence would remain here! These were exciting confirmations of what God has promised us would happen in our home as people came here to worship and enjoy His Presence! After everyone left (last one was around 1:30 am), we looked around our home and realized it had been transformed- our house has been established!
Thank you all for participating in this vision, whether through actual attending, or through prayer and support... we are seeing the fruit of it!! We will release some testimonies soon, as we get permission :). Love to all!
